Welcome to Southern Sky,

Located in the Southern Highlands NSW and situated on 100 acres we are a dedicated to breeding quality sports horses.

Aside from breeding sport horses we are a family farm, home to fourty cattle, two farm dogs (Lincoln and Brindle) and two stable cats. We love our home and all the animals that live here too. We believe it’s important that our horses are in a relaxed and in an happy environment. Our horses live out 24/7 (except in extreme wether conditions) and are always turned out with other horses. This allows them to just be horses and build socialisation skills within a herd environment.

Along with our performance horses we also have some very important ponies that are irreplaceable assets to the working of our stud. One of these VIPs is our little grey Australian riding pony x some unknown breed, Jelly. Jelly’s main job now, after a long career of spooking at everything and avoiding the float, is to relax and keep the colts in line after weaning. We like to keep all our retired horses at home with us after their performance or ridden careers so they can live out the rest of their days as a horse should, with friends and space to run.

Of course we are happy for visitors however we request these are by appointment only please.
